All users of Speed Web Services agree to comply with Speed Web Terms of Use (TOU). Speed Web reserves the right to modify the TOU at any time without notice. Complaints can be sent to info@speedwebservice.in.
Speed Web servers may only be used for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
Sending unsolicited bulk messages ("spamming") is prohibited. Violators will face fines and account suspension.
Unauthorized access, probing, flooding, or interfering with service is strictly prohibited.
Creating or spreading viruses, worms, or engaging in denial-of-service attacks is strictly forbidden.
Shared hosting has strict limits on disk space, email storage, CPU, and bandwidth. Violations may result in suspension.
Customers are responsible for backing up their own data. Speed Web is not liable for lost data unless an exclusive backup plan is purchased.
Accounts must be paid in advance. Late fees, non-refundable discounts, and other payment policies apply. See Payment Options.
Strict refund policy applies. Only select conditions allow partial credit refunds. See detailed refund policy in TOU.
Customers and resellers are responsible for their own accounts and clients. Speed Web is not liable for content or data loss.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speed Web and its affiliates from liabilities arising from use of services.
Services are provided "as-is". Speed Web is not liable for interruptions, errors, or delays due to uncontrollable events.
Minimum age requirement is 18. TOU constitutes the full agreement between Speed Web and its customers.
